Show all the fields collected during onboarding in the scanner. This way, the venue employee can gain insights into their customers, enhancing opportunities for customer loyalty and personalized service. For example, if a customer’s onboarding includes a question about their favorite coffee, the barista will be informed of their preference immediately upon scanning the membership card.

We need the features of franchise plan in the regular business plan: multi location control of managers per card

The tone and messaging comes across as "weird" to this region. This causes Client Onboarding to be a longer process than it needs to be because... I can't edit the Auto Push Notifications before the card is activated I have to manually edit and save each message individually I don't have a starting message that is strong enough to use as an example suggestion

We would like to request a single payment option in BM for the following usecase: Yoga teacher selling 10-visit passes (one time-payments, NOT subscriptions). At the moment we cannot cover this rather simple usecase because A) relevant cards do not have stripe connection: Stamp, Gift, Multipass b) we only sell subscriptions and cannot sell one-time payments Another usecase for onetime payments are setup fees. A club might want to charge for an initial service, so the combination Onetime + recurring should also be considered. It will help to identify Birthday and provide a birthday reward

This feature will allow customers to access the Giftcard Issue Form Link, specify an amount (eg. $100), then add the details of the person they want to send the giftcard to and the customer pays by Stripe. This will make Giftcards act more like Giftcards in real life. Clear Breakdown: Customer A navigates to a link to Purchase a Gift card Customer A puts in there details, the amount to add to the giftcard, and the details of Customer B (Name, Email, Phone) Customer A then pays via Apple/Google Pay (Stripe) which then loads that Giftcard with that amount Customer A and B both recieve the cards details in their email confirming the purchase Customer B can then go to the Client to redeem their card Agency Settings: Option to limit the amount that can go onto a gift card Option to add a max expiry to a newly created gift card

Currently the system is limited to sending Push notifications to only 1 card. So if we want to inform our clientbase, we have to repeat the process 9x to send pus to our clientbase :-( either allow us to select all/some cards as recipients for push (including deleted cards) Allow us to select the clientbase as recipients for push

After Card creation all push notifications are "ON" per default and its quite a lot of work to deactivate the push/automations etc for each every time. please: deactivate them all per default and let us/customer decide which messages should be sent (believe less work for developer) Add "one click" configuration: "Deactivate all push"

We suggest a dropdown module for the card registration form to reduce false entries/make entries simpler during the registration form. In our case we need to collect the sex of a member and currently need to use free text which causes a lot of errors just requesting male/female as entry as some write m/f or man ets...so not useful for analysis. ----- We also suggest checkboxes as a solution for some cases where during registration, we ask if a user has experience in something: yes/no/a bit where checkboxes would just be better. ----- Here how it could look like: https://share.fuerte.digital/4gu4G9X0

Currently, the Whatsapp Bot that integrates with the platform only has the ability to send Meta-approved templates when triggered by predefined actions. However, if the customer closes the WhatsApp conversation, they have no way to type a keyword or receive a default resply with a menu of options to consult their card details again, and they are forced to repeat the entire registration and installation process so that the corresponding template is triggered.
