Allow us to send Push Notifications to multiple cards

Currently the system is limited to sending Push notifications to only 1 card.
So if we want to inform our clientbase, we have to repeat the process 9x to send pus to our clientbase :-(
- either allow us to select all/some cards as recipients for push (including deleted cards)
- Allow us to select the clientbase as recipients for push

This would be GREAT, and also, i you were sending to al cards at once, if any contact have more than one card, an option for the contact to only receive ONE Push Notification, not one for each card (One of my Sub Accounts is a club with memberships, and some have more than one membership type so they have more than one card. )
