Create a Custom Plan

Currently, agencies are limited to what Boomerang dictates for each plan.
I should be able to create a custom plan and adjust the following
- Number of promotions (Number)
- Referral Programme
- Number of manager seats (Number)
- Number of locations (Number)
- API Integration (On/Off Boolean)
This will allow me to create more bespoke plans

This should also include whether or not to activate a trial period and manage the length of the trial period.

The number of locations in the plan feature actually refer to the number of Geo Fenced Auto Push Notification Locations (GFAPNL) and not the Physical locations (which is 1 Physical Location), as I found out today to my utter horror after mis-selling the platform for more than a month.
We should also be able to set the number of physical locations as well, that don't mind co-mingled analytics.
Ideally if the top most plan has 10 locations, each location is a physical location, that has the GFAPN enabled for that location.
Need better clarity in copy regarding whether it is for physical locations or for GFAPNL.

Please also consider disabling and enabling automations feature (in automations tab and push tab) of plans.

This should ideally include the possibility to edit everything -> custom limits and enable/disable features.
You should be able to create as many custom plans as needed, or edit settings per customer.
And as pointed out earlier, the possibility to limit cards issued -> ability to sell based on amount of cards rather than the current system of everything unlimited by only some features are behind higher tiers.

I was going to open an idea about this, please insert the option:
## Limit of users who can install the card
In my country this is how it is marketed, it is based on a limit on the number of users who use the loyalty plan.

Teste - this exists. I think.

This will really help so we can tailor the options to our markets.
