Create a Custom Plan

Currently, agencies are limited to what Boomerang dictates for each plan.
I should be able to create a custom plan and adjust the following
- Number of promotions (Number)
- Referral Programme
- Number of manager seats (Number)
- Number of locations (Number)
- API Integration (On/Off Boolean)
This will allow me to create more bespoke plans

In my country this is how it is marketed, it is based on a limit on the number of users who use the loyalty plan.
