Cashback improvement
Dear BoomerangMe Team, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to request an adjustment to the system to enhance the cashback functionality. Here’s the idea: When entering the purchase amount, the system should automatically calculate the corresponding cashback value (e.g., “You’ve earned R$6.50 for your next purchase”). The accumulated cashback should be clearly displayed, allowing the customer to decide when they want to redeem it. It’s important that the system remains simple and user-friendly, ensuring that customers can easily see and understand the value they’ve earned and continue accumulating rewards over time. If we set the value at 5%, the customer should receive a push notification with the amount they’ve earned, which will keep accumulating. Even a spreadsheet can do this! Thank you for your attention!

Ability to have certain days and or times such as between 11-4 get double points on all purchases. For stamp cards and other cards as well.

Add sub-account profile details to the sub-account export function.
Currently, when exporting sub accounts we only get business name, plan, email and phone number. This request is to include contact info first name, last name, address, country, language, currency, etc

Relocate UTM feature for each card
Video explaining: https://www.loom.com/share/9697fd7b54da4105b54c39edb5b1f6b5?sid=ab055f60-df9b-4c4f-9ea4-da2dcbb81b70 Once our sub accounts (customers) are set up, I find that the ONLY consistant reason they need to open the Card "Settings" is to create or access their UTMs. My customers are not taking advantage of the UTM functions because "finding" the settings is confusing them. ((I know, it's not that hard...)) I'm suggesting that we move the UTM settings to the card dashboard. Giving them FAST access to created UTMs and allowing them to quickly create new UTMs. BONUS TO DEV TEAM: It would be amazing if a report for each UTM: # of sign ups or $$$ sales totals for each created utm were displayed.

Scanner Personalization
Show all the fields collected during onboarding in the scanner. This way, the venue employee can gain insights into their customers, enhancing opportunities for customer loyalty and personalized service. For example, if a customer’s onboarding includes a question about their favorite coffee, the barista will be informed of their preference immediately upon scanning the membership card.

Dashboard Loading Super Slow
The dashboard stats are taking ages to load (we’re talking 10+ minutes), especially on the “yearly” view. A few clients have reached out about it, and I’ve seen it myself too (screenshot below). Would really appreciate it if we could look into speeding this up. Thanks

Scanner APP - Asks twice for Purchase Amount.
When you create a Discount / Rewards Card you have the option to Disable the Scanner APP asking for the purchase amount. Even thought this function gets disabled the Scanner APP still asks twice for the Purchase Amount. We understand that you do not have to type in twice the purchase amount and the second time when the Scanner APP asks for the purchase amount you can ignore it and just click the "Add" button. It will be nice if the message did not display twice to improve speed in using the Scanner APP and improve useability.

Enabling Manual Adjustments of Points and Balances
We require the capability to modify points and balances for every type of card, either through the dashboard or the scanner. Currently, with the reward card, it's impossible to adjust a customer's balance, which isn't practical in real-world scenarios. There are instances where customers cancel orders or change their decisions, necessitating manual updates to their points or balances.
