I still remember in the old roadmap an automation designer was planned. Sure we have GHL integration, i did look into it and it's an overkill. A local shop will never use it because its features are overwhelming, a franchise will use what the internal marketing team decided to use. It could be GHL, it could be Keap, it could be anything but they would use it internally, not ours. The point is that Boomerangme focus is on simplicity so there should be an internal automation designer. From today's conversation with a business owner: "I would like to send an automated email upon customer subscription to explain the benefits of the program and tell the customer what to expect, is this possible?". You can't do that. I'm not talking about some convoluted If/then conditions but a simple welcome email right now can't be sent. I've seen amazing possibilities in a competitor workflow designer where "if time of the day is before 5pm then double the points" or "if money spent is bigger than $500 then [do something else]" We need this.
