It would be helpful to send an Mail or Text Message to the customer after he installed the card. In that Mail or Text Message I would want to provide a detailled description of how the loyalty program works. Many of the customers install the card but have never used it because they don't understand how it works.

Implement an automation that issues a digital gift card to registered members on their birthday. The system will automatically generate and send the gift card via email or WhatsApp, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
