It would be helpful to send an Mail or Text Message to the customer after he installed the card. In that Mail or Text Message I would want to provide a detailled description of how the loyalty program works.
Many of the customers install the card but have never used it because they don't understand how it works.

Nadezhda Nagaeva, it would be great to have morNadezhda Nagaevariggering email and SMS, similar to push notifications, making this a central hub for customer marketing. For example, a trigger for when a visitor signs up but doesn’t install a card after an hour would be useful, especially if it could dynamically include a download link for each member. Adding email and SMS for the referral program would also be beneficial, complementing the onboarding emails. This could address concerns about the challenging adoption of the cards after installation, with the referral feature playing a significant role in improving engagement.
