Create a default reply for the WhatsApp Bot

Currently, the Whatsapp Bot that integrates with the platform only has the ability to send Meta-approved templates when triggered by predefined actions. However, if the customer closes the WhatsApp conversation, they have no way to type a keyword or receive a default resply with a menu of options to consult their card details again, and they are forced to repeat the entire registration and installation process so that the corresponding template is triggered.
