Create permission for Manager to access only specific cards in a subaccount
Daniel
We have one sub-account with multiple locations. Since we still do no have the Franchise plan in our business plan we are setting up cards for each location in one subaccount to have one overview/crm.
Unfortunately, when a manager has access to the backend they still can see the CRM of the complete company which is against GDPR Policies.
Please add the possibility for a manager in a subaccount to not see:
- other cards
- only customers of his card

Many agency owners struggle to sell accounts in bulk with a large number of cards at once. It’s much easier to sell a single card at a reasonable price as an entry point, and then upsell additional cards and a dashboard later on.

Mike is this a feature you can expedite in the release planing? with 16 upvoes it's on the wishlist for many of your partners :-) and Mike actully promised a quick implementation when he mentioned this on facebook it's quite fast to implement

This sounds like a problem upgrading to the franchise plan would fix?
Daniel
Abdul franchise is another diffiulty, another plan.
Best solution is to merge the system and offe multilocation/Franchise system and then decide per card.
In our case we have a business with 8 different location in different cities but one brand/website/CRM requirement
BUT
there is not one good reason a manager of location 7 should have access to the customers of all 8 locations, but only to the cards in his store.
Daniel
I think Mike wanted to sinister this feature a few months back, but not sure what happened.
Nadezhda Nagaevacan you get an update please?

Abdul the lack of this feature in the agency plan will eventually jeopardize its success.

DanielThe existence of two opposing plans will harm the business. It would be better to merge them into one plan.
