Ability to sell a single card to a business

I wanted to share some feedback regarding your white label services for agencies that resell your loyalty card programs.
- Clarify Target Audience: It appears that your business currently straddles both agencies and retailers, making it unclear who the primary target audience is. To better serve agencies, a more focused approach is needed.
- Flexible Pricing for Agencies: Consider offering a monthly plan that includes unlimited subaccounts at a reasonable price point. In many markets, businesses may find it challenging to afford costly loyalty programs, which can make it difficult for agencies to sell your services. A more affordable and scalable pricing structure would greatly benefit agencies.
- Revise Software Structure for agencies: Restructuring your platform to allow agencies to sell individual loyalty cards to businesses, rather than in bulk, could simplify the sales process.
This approach would allow agencies to start with a single card and then upsell additional cards as needed.
This can be implemented by assigning a manager to a card or more.
For instance, in integration with Shopify, agencies should be able to sell different cards to various businesses, with each business having its own cards not being visible to others. This could be a game-changer.

Card- Extended Trial Period for Agencies: Offering agencies a longer trial period, such as one month, would give them the time needed to generate revenue and justify continued payments for your services. This could lead to higher adoption and loyalty among agencies.
