OPT OUT customers from messaging/notifications - LEGAL REQUIREMENT

We should have the ability to turn off messaging and push notifications for customers. Currently we have to request and show customers how to turn off notifications.
This is actually a legal requirement for CASL compliance in North America and GDPR in EU. For example, if a customer came into a store, or sent an email to turn off notifications, we have to be able to do that without asking customer to do anything else in addition.
