Clients of our agencies who have the highest plan can or we can make a whitelabel for them on their behalf for their subaccounts.
Unfortunately, when a client removes their logo or favicon in the branding options (e.g. when they want to change their logo, etc.) etc. the Boomerang branding will appear everywhere.
Then very quickly any of our customers will find out about BoomerangMe.
In my opinion, a good solution would be from the branding options whitelabel to remove the trash can icon and customers any new branding e.g. logos, favicons, etc. could be added using the “file” button which is currently already next to the trash can icon.
Such a solution would result in the fact that when introducing new branding items e.g. logos, favicons, etc., the previously uploaded ones would no longer show up, which would give us 100% whitelabel.

I would also like to see this update. We should be able to have our client's subaccounts be either our logo (as the agency) or their logo, as it is their loyalty program. Particularly in the dashboard, scanner, app, etc.

IMPORTANT! All subaccounts for customers, no matter how much they change the language of the platform, the dashboard in the Loyalty ROI part, below the currency, everything appears in ENGLISH, please change it to the correct language selected.

Vinicius how did you change the currency for the sub-account? Mine is always showing USD no matter what currency is select in the sub-account profile settings.

Bumping this up as I setup a client with an account and they were clicking around and this exact situation happened. Luckily they just asked me where was their logo I setup and I was able to log in and setup again.

I wasn't aware of that. This means, that possibly, I have lost all clients who signed up and tried to change their branding, without me knowing. This must be dealt asap.
