Could you please create a webhook for the following event:

Event: User submits information to create a card, but it is determined that the card already exists. This will trigger the Card Recovery Flow. And here is "the place" for webhook.

Request Body:

User Phone Number

SMS Code

If webhook is set up, don't trigger Twilio flow.

This implementation will allow us to utilize any SMS gateway with Zapier-like tools.
