I'm not sure if you've already checked, but there's a major problem with the Promotions section.
Imagine you have a rewards card, and a customer approaches to redeem a promotion: if the cashier enters a paid amount (assuming the promotion was 50% off on product X), the customer pays the difference. Logically, by redeeming the reward and adding the paid difference, the customer should earn points. However, this doesn't happen. Instead, the cashier has to re-enter the paid amount in the "Add Points" field for the customer to earn their points.
This is inconvenient and creates double the work, but the most serious issue is the inaccurate data being generated, which is what urgently needs fixing: Once the customer redeems the promotion, the system registers one visit, and if the cashier adds points at the top of the screen, the system registers another visit, meaning two visits. Which is false, since that client only made 1 visit, which drastically damages the indicators on the platform, leading to erroneous decisions in the future.
