Separate White-Label Databases from Boomerangme

Hello Dev. Team,
Recently, I encountered an issue where a business owner registered on Boomerangme and later discovered our white-label platform. They wanted to join us but couldn't log in with the same email used on Boomerangme. Boomerangme support kindly deleted the email from their database, but this revealed our white-label status to the client, causing them to back out.
To prevent this from happening to us or others, I'm requesting that the developer team separates white-label databases from the main Boomerangme database. This would ensure that our white-label identity remains completely anonymous, providing a truly white-label experience for our clients.
This issue is not just isolated to us—it could affect any white-label provider. Customers should have the freedom to choose their white-label provider without any obstacles or discovering the underlying relationship. Not all white-labels are the same; some offer unique services and invest significantly in delivering a great customer experience. Ensuring these differences are protected is crucial for the success of all white-label partners.
Thank you for your usual support.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We understand the importance of maintaining a seamless white-label experience for your clients.
However, our current system is designed to ensure the protection of our partners by preventing direct migration of users between different white-label providers. Once a customer is registered under a specific white-label partner, their account remains associated with that partner to maintain exclusivity and business integrity.
This approach is in place to safeguard the interests of all our white-label partners, ensuring that clients cannot easily switch providers without proper account management. It also helps maintain the investment each partner makes in acquiring and serving their clients.
While we understand your request, separating databases entirely would not align with our policy of ensuring fair and secure partner-client relationships. That said, we always strive to improve our platform and are open to discussing alternative solutions that might help address your concerns within the current framework.
We appreciate your understanding and are happy to continue supporting your business growth.

Simo Saad yes, that's the same error we got.

A quick solution is to permit WL clients to register with their email on any agency website, this could be the simplest fix rather than having BM doing a major database work.
