Dear BM Team,
As a white-label partner, I need to provide my clients with a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) that does not disclose BoomerangMe’s involvement. To maintain the privacy of our white-label relationship, I kindly request a version of the DPA that refers to BoomerangMe as a "third-party processor" rather than using your company name.
Providing a DPA is critical for several reasons:
  1. Legal Compliance:
Many of our clients, especially those subject to GDPR or CCPA, require a DPA to remain compliant.
  1. Transparency & Trust:
A DPA fosters trust by clearly outlining data handling responsibilities.
  1. Consistency:
A standardized DPA ensures that all white-label agencies are aligned with your processes and legal obligations.
Without a custom DPA, we risk losing clients who require this documentation for compliance purposes. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in drafting a white-label DPA template that we can customize with our branding while maintaining your data processing responsibilities in the background.
Your support in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
