I wanted to kindly follow up on a small but important fix I’ve been mentioning since 2023 regarding the image with a QR code on our site as an agency.
Currently, the QR code leads clients away from our white-labeled experience to an unrelated website (https://help.digitalwallet.cards) , which unintentionally reveals our white-label setup. It would be amazing if we could either:
  • Remove or replace the image with a general one,
  • Update the QR to align with our branding, or
  • Have the option to upload our own white-labeled image.
This would help us maintain a seamless and professional client experience. I did share this idea on the feedback site before but couldn’t locate it.
