Planned Scanner Configuration (June)

In June, we’re planning to introduce a new feature — automatic accrual of points or stamps when scanning a card.

How it will work:

You set a configuration: automatically add N points or stamps when a card is scanned.

After that, when a manager scans the card, the points or stamps will be added instantly, with no additional input required.

If you're using a stamp card, we recommend considering a “spending-based” accrual mechanic:

When entering the purchase amount, stamps will be added automatically according to the configured accrual rules

makes so much sense, but will not be implemented

I have the same issue and found what i believe may be a solution. An example called the SnowShoe stamp ... a physical stamp that enables one to QUICKLY stamp a member's card. Maybe just make a way to by Ladd the dollar amount. A lot of my customers really want to be able to just scan and enter points or do the auto stamp with just a scan. If we toggle off the dollar amount can you please make it to just skip it not have to enter 0

I believe that time may not be an issue. Have them keep a tablet at the register.

I could sell 50 licences in the morning if this was achievable - Ive requested this before and it can have a qr code thats geo located so preventing fraud ie it will only scan correctly within 100 meteres of the location
