‼️Optionally add a limit on the amount allowed for Happy Hours.
Renato Ortega
Imagine you create a Happy Hour promotion where customers earn double points on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. It's perfect for incentivizing or boosting sales during those slower days and times.
But the problem is that some businesses handle higher-ticket products or services. Therefore, for the owners, it doesn't make sense that when a customer (wanting to take advantage of Happy Hour) visits during those times only to intentionally buy high-ticket items, earning considerably more points, the rewards program might not be sustainable.
How have they solved this so far? They record that transaction separately and enter it outside of Happy Hour so it earns points normally. This doubles the cashiers' workload.
What all the business owners have asked me for is the option to set a maximum amount for cashiers to qualify for Happy Hour, and if they exceed that amount, they only earn points normally.
