I would like to propose a feature request regarding the recent restriction that locks agencies to a single currency. This limitation affects clients with multiple locations in different countries, particularly those subscribed to the Business Plan with 10 locations and 10 cards.
One of my clients, for example, has 10 locations across various countries. They subscribed to this plan expecting to create different reward cards based on local spending in the respective currencies of each location. With the current restriction, they are unable to utilize the full value of their plan as they cannot set different currencies for each card.
By enforcing a single currency at the account level, we are assuming that agencies only operate in one country, which isn’t the case for many of our clients. This restriction makes it difficult for businesses with international operations to manage their loyalty programs effectively and may push away larger clients who require multi-currency support.
💡 Suggestion:
Implement currency selection at the card level instead of locking it at the account level. This will allow businesses with multiple locations in different countries to create reward cards that cater to the spending patterns of their local customers. Doing so will help agencies better serve their diverse clients and maximize the value of the Business Plan, making it more attractive to global clients.
