Hey everyone,
We’re already collecting some great data, but there’s a valuable piece missing: the time customers are visiting the store.
Knowing what time people come in and how often they return would help us better understand customer behavior and improve engagement strategies. Right now, we can see data when someone downloads a card or receives a stamp/point, however adding time-based visit data (see example below) to the statistics section of the card would be a game-changer.
