I’d like to request more granular control over manager/staff permissions. Specifically, I want managers to only have the ability to redeem rewards or balances, but not to add or accrue balances.

We recently had a case where we designed a card for a client with a prepaid balance, and the client need to ensure that only the owner (or designated staff) can add/charge balances. Managers should be restricted to redemptions only.

This will help prevent unauthorized balance additions and keep the system secure.
