In addition to date/time based offers.. I would like to have an option to adjust the time when the geo-location offers are sent out by push notifications - so customers won't receive an offer when the venue isn't open. It'd be even better if we can input the venue's google place id and sync the open/close times from GBP.
Also display an offer image if it's persistent on the lock screen. Just a bit of an extra effort to draw customers in!

Thank you for taking the time to share this. The scheduling part of this request is tracked in “Active/Inactive hours for Geopush” (https://bmrng.canny.io/roadmap/p/active-inactive-hours-for-geopush), where the time-window idea is being discussed, so please add your vote and comments there. We've added your suggestion about syncing opening hours from the Google Business Profile as a note on that post. One caveat: showing an offer image on the lock screen is not possible, since Apple Wallet and Google Wallet only display the text of a location-based message. We're closing this one to keep the board tidy.

it seems to me that the only way, for a customer to stop getting the geo location notification is to turn it off in the card, but if they do that then the business looses out in being able to contact them this way, the main objection is that they cant swipe it off.

Though our customers want this feature, they also dont want the push notificaton not being able to be swiped off, when they are sitting down having their coffee.

I think this is a great idea. Merchants have asked me for the same functionality. We do not want to bombard people with Geo-Fence messages when the businesses are closed!
