Hi Mike Nosov , it would be amazing if Sub Accounts had an on/off toggle when creating a Manager to prevent them from accessing the dashboard. This would save BM from needing to grant clients on the Grow plan the role option. If a client wants more granular role control, they can simply upgrade.

Last night, a client reported that their managers discovered the main dashboard login page, giving them full visibility into sensitive transaction and customer data. The client is extremely frustrated because they cannot block dashboard access or limit their staff strictly to the scanner app. When told the only solution was upgrading to the Business plan just for this basic access control, they were highly upset—and it unfortunately made us look greedy and opportunistic.

Without a dedicated Manager role on the Grow plan or even the basic plan, businesses have no way to restrict staff access to sensitive data, creating a major privacy risk. Forcing a plan upgrade to solve a fundamental security need is causing severe customer friction.

Could you please look into this issue? It's making us look pretty bad in front of our clients.
