We should have a ability to block a Customer's device for stopping him to not signing up for same digital cards and redeeming them to get rewards, by changing different Email and phone numbers.

This has been a huge problem for me. I lost 2 customers because of this and had to find a workaround using GHL

GOOD THINKING Awais, because for the business owner (our client) to see that we have a FRAUD PROTECTION process in place is / will be a good thing as it instills (further) confidence in our product by demonstrating professionalism on our part in anticipating and minimising a problem that could affect their business

For me, this isn't an 'URGENT' or 'MUST HAVE' feature, but its definitely in the 'NICE TO HAVE' category once other more important features have been taken care of
