⚠️Critical: Agency Manager Access Issue

There's a glitch with agencies manager permissions. Managers shouldn't have access to delete sub-accounts, and while the Delete Icon is hidden, they can still delete accounts via the dashboard by accessing the profile and selecting "delete account." Only Sub-Accounts or Admins should have this ability, as Managers can currently delete accounts without even entering a password. Please resolve this issue.

Thank you for flagging this. Sub-account deletion is now protected by a dedicated permission, 'Delete sub-accounts', which managers do not have by default — including existing managers. Only the agency owner can grant it, so managers can no longer delete sub-accounts from the profile page. This has been live since late June 2026.

My point of view here the managers should have multilevel, more granular setup, when for instance to some of them you can add full access while others should see only the businesses (subs) they have created their own, or where I can choose what this specific manager can do or see in the main account

We appreciate the removal of the Delete Icon. However, the Manager can still access the Sub account, alter its password, and subsequently delete the entire sub account without leaving any record. Kindly address this security vulnerability. Thank you.

Hi Dev Team,
I conducted a test today to confirm the issue. I logged in as a Manager, navigated to a sub-account, changed its password, and then deleted the sub-account, simulating the Manager's actions. Unfortunately, no record of these actions was logged under "Last transactions." I request that you investigate this matter to enable monitoring of agency managers' activities on the platform.
