There's a glitch with agencies manager permissions. Managers shouldn't have access to delete sub-accounts, and while the Delete Icon is hidden, they can still delete accounts via the dashboard by accessing the profile and selecting "delete account." Only Sub-Accounts or Admins should have this ability, as Managers can currently delete accounts without even entering a password. Please resolve this issue.
