Bypass internal rating system when choosing custom link

Hi team, the internal rating system is ok to have but we all know that the real value for local businesses is to collect customer reviews on Google, Tripadvisor and so on.
Right now to leave a review on Google you have to first leave a feedback in the internal rating system and then you are redirected to an external platform.
People don't have time for this, it's already a success if we convince them to leave a review!
If we ask them to double their effort we could lose the benefit of the review and i honestly prefer to lose the internal feedack than a Google review.
For that reason I suggest to bypass the internal rating system (at least) when choosing custom feedback link so that people could directly an external platform of our choice.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the review flow.
While we understand the importance of collecting reviews on external platforms like Google and Tripadvisor, the current system — where customers are first asked to leave internal feedback — is intentional. It ensures that only highly satisfied customers (e.g., those who rate the experience 5 stars) are encouraged to leave public reviews. This approach helps businesses protect their online reputation while still gathering useful internal feedback.
For this reason, bypassing the internal rating step — even when using a custom feedback link — is not something we plan to support.
That said, we are actively exploring the option of rewarding customers with an additional bonus on their membership card if they leave a verified review on an external platform like Google. This would help strengthen the incentive without compromising the integrity of the internal review process.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
