Thank you for the recent update allowing us to add bonus stamps for customer birthdays! This is a great step towards making loyalty programs more engaging.

I contacted support and they confirmed that currently, birthday bonus stamps are credited automatically on the customer's birthday, regardless of whether they visit the store or make a purchase.

I would like to suggest adding an option where the sub-account owner can choose to credit the birthday bonus stamp only if the customer visits or makes a purchase on their birthday.

This would create a stronger incentive for customers to actually come to the store or shop online on their birthday, driving more foot traffic and sales for merchants.

Having both options (automatic vs. visit/purchase-based) would give sub-account owners more flexibility depending on their loyalty strategy.
