Better system for localization/translations

The current Google Sheet is probably the most inefficient and slow method to:
- Create, modify and manage translations
- Deploy new translations
- Keep any kind of track what has been translated and by whom
- Find new recently added strings that need to be checked
I was just a few hours into translating a new language (hundreds of strings to fix), and got hit with a Google Sheet error that too many comments (including old ones marked as done) exist on the sheet.
Now no one else can add any comments until a new copy is made to clear the old comments. This is not sustainable.
Please consider using something like Poeditor, which allows for easy and organized community translations and fast deployments (minutes, not weeks).
