Currently, the platform only supports Twilio as the built-in provider for essential service SMS, such as "Authorization by phone number" and "install/restore cards." The WhatsApp integration is limited to marketing messages and alternative install links.
Because many international clients rely heavily on WhatsApp rather than traditional SMS (and prefer not to manage a separate Twilio subscription just for OTPs), it would be incredibly valuable to allow the WhatsApp Bot to fully handle these core authorization and service functions. Enabling a complete WhatsApp-native onboarding flow would reduce friction and lower operational costs for agencies and their clients.
