In multi-reward stamp card, there is no option to identify which reward a customer has earned.
If there are multiple rewards:
Example (See the attached image of a sample card)
  • 1 Visit = 1 Stamp
  • 1 Stamp = 1 reward so 10 Stamps = 10 rewards
When a customer visits 3 times, They have accumulated 3 rewards but on the stamp card, there is no way to show which reward they have to receive.
Proposition for solution:
  • There are two stamp types, Active and In-Active stamp. If we can add another stamp or change the colour of the stamp according to which reward they have received, then it will be clear to customer which reward they have availed.

  • We can also show on the front of the card what is the “Next reward” (Just like Reward Card) so that customers will know clearly what reward they will be expecting and is available to redeem next.
