Right now some people register wrong phone number they need install again , and
some people want to update their phone number it must sign up again.
It's not convienience and cannot tracking back the transaction together , thats not make sense in CRM and update phone number should not count to the new customer.
Please allow edit profile phone number as the top-up card we need to trace back all the transaction record.

You see, this may be a difficult task for their developers to accomplish. From what I've gathered, the phone number is the primary identifier of the account. I am by no means a software engineer nor do I have knowledge of the software's database architecture, but if the software's database is a relational database, changing the primary key (indentifier) of a user stored in a user account database table could prove to be catastrophic since all the of user's other data is directly related to the phone number (primary key). There are probable a bunch of different tables each dedicated to holding data for one specific aspect/feature of a user account.
This means that updating a user's phone number would lead to a huge number of changes across many different parts of the database. Do that with 10s of thousands of users all the time, and the system just might become unstable if it was not built to accomodate that scenario. If its not already too late, it might take an absurd amount of time to redesign the architecture and redeploy without causing a major disturbance for people currently usign the platform.

Realistically, they should have UUIDs or GUIDs as a unique key, and while phone number should be unique for every customer, it shouldn't be the primary key, and if it is, I would suggest their team to run a migration suite to remedy this as it is a system design flaw.
