Currently, when a customer completes a stamp milestone, the front of the Stamp Card only shows generic text such as:
“1 reward”
“2 rewards”
“3 rewards”
This creates confusion for customers, as they can’t immediately see what the reward actually is. Many merchants want customers to instantly understand the value they’ve unlocked without needing explanation from staff.
Example Issue
A barber or café may offer:
10 stamps = 10% off
20 stamps = Free trim / free drink
At the moment, when a customer reaches 10 stamps, the card just shows “1 reward” instead of clearly stating “10% off” or “Free Trim” on the front of the card.
Proposed Solution
Add the ability for businesses to:
Define a custom reward label per stamp milestone
Display that label clearly on the front of the Stamp Card once unlocked
Example Display
Instead of:
“1 reward”
Show:
“10% off”
“Free Trim”
“Free Drink”
This mirrors functionality already available on the Rewards Card, but should also be supported on the Stamp Card for consistency and clarity.
Why This Matters
Improves customer clarity and understanding
Reduces staff explaining rewards verbally
Makes the Stamp Card feel more valuable and intentional
Encourages customers to complete stamps when rewards are clearly visible
Aligns Stamp Cards with existing Rewards Card functionality
Impact
High — this directly improves customer experience, redemption clarity, and perceived value of loyalty programs, especially for non-technical users.
