Hello,
I want to begin by expressing our sincere appreciation for the hard work and dedication you put into maintaining the platform. It’s evident how much effort goes into ensuring everything runs smoothly, and we genuinely trust and value all that you do.
That being said, I wanted to share a friendly suggestion on behalf of all sub-account users. Last night’s (12/30/2024) unexpected downtime caught many of us off guard, and understandably, it caused a bit of panic. We know that sometimes these things are unavoidable, but a simple notification system could go a long way in helping users stay informed and feel supported.
Here’s what we think could help:
- Advance Notifications for Planned Downtime:
A quick email or platform alert to let us know about scheduled maintenance would allow us to plan ahead.
- Real-Time Updates for Unplanned Issues:
In the rare event of unexpected downtime, an email, SMS, or banner on the website could provide reassurance and keep everyone in the loop.
We completely trust that you’re doing everything possible to keep things running smoothly, and this small addition could make a big difference in creating a seamless experience for all users.
Thank you for considering this suggestion, and please know that we’re always here to support you as much as you support us!

Thank you for your thoughtful message and for your kind words — we truly appreciate your continued trust and support.
We want to clarify that we do not have any planned downtimes. Any service interruptions are strictly unplanned and are handled promptly to minimize impact.
However, if you'd like to monitor the status of our services in real time, we encourage you to use our dedicated status page: https://status.digitalwallet.cards/. This page provides up-to-date information on the platform’s performance and any ongoing issues.
We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued support.

Yeah we need something like this, and incident reports!
I think as an agency we take a lot of responsibility when setting up a system with a client, and when things go wrong, and we have no answer from BoomerangMe. It ruins our reputation when we can't give valid reasons.
The developer transparency really needs to improve, or I can see a competing platform taking this space over.
