The most popular card among my clients is the points card (Rewards) because they love that they can add different rewards to the loyalty program. And the question they always ask me is: Can I add tiers so that my clients, based on their spending or visits, can move up and get better conversion rates or benefits? (Like the current Cashback program). And the answer is no. They do it manually: They create a new rewards card in a different color with better benefits and base it on LTV (Lifetime Value) or number of visits, and manually issue the new card to those who deserve it. But this greatly slows down the process, which at this point should be automatic. It would be fantastic if the tiered option could be added to this type of card. If you're an agency and you're experiencing something similar, please like this suggestion so it's taken into consideration, because I feel this is urgent and it's a question that all my leads and clients ask me.
