Currently points for cards (like Cashback) can only be set to Unlimited or a fixed term from when each point is earned.

I think it would be incredible to have an option to have a fixed term from when the LAST point was earned, as that would essentially indicate a customer/card not being used at all.

This would do more to encourage someone to come back somewhat regularly, as opposed to someone who earns 1000 points in January, but then only earns 100 pts every other month from that point on...

They shouldn't be forced to use the 1000 points within a set period of time, but we also may not want the points to be unlimited should the customer believe they can just return years later etc which also defeats the purpose.
