Add NFC Support for Digital Loyalty Cards

It would be highly valuable to add
NFC support
to Boomerangme’s digital loyalty and membership cards.Boomerangme already offers a strong wallet-based solution for customer engagement, loyalty, and retention through
Apple Wallet
and Google Wallet
. Enabling NFC functionality
would further enhance the in-store experience by allowing customers to interact with their digital cards through a simple tap rather than relying solely on barcode or QR code scanning. This could be especially useful for use cases such as:
• Loyalty program interactions.
• Rewards and perk validation.
• Membership identification.
• Faster in-store customer recognition.
• Smoother redemption at the point of sale.
From a product perspective, NFC support could provide several benefits:
• A faster and more seamless customer experience.
• A more modern and premium wallet card interaction model.
• Improved usability in physical retail and service environments.
• Greater flexibility for real-world loyalty and membership workflows.
• Stronger differentiation for Boomerangme’s digital wallet offering.
This feature would make the platform even more valuable for businesses that want to use digital wallet cards not only for marketing and retention, but also for practical and frictionless in-person interactions. Attached are images showing examples of
NFC-enabled digital wallet card
interactions. If this would also be useful for your business or use case,
an upvote
would help highlight the demand for this feature.C

This feature is a no brainer. We're selling convenience and ease of use with the wallet so this goes hand and hand.

Definitely agree! I'm working with ecommerce sellers who have NFC-enabled labels on their packaging. It's one less step for the consumer so it's a no-brainer!!

Absolutely would be a game changer!
