The current Google review collection flow routes positive ratings (4–5 stars) to Google and keeps negative ratings internal as private feedback.

This mechanism constitutes "review gating," which violates:

Google's Review Policy ("selectively soliciting positive reviews").

FTC Consumer Review Guidelines in the US.

Proposed Solution / Feature Request:

Add a visible, direct text link (or option) allowing customers to leave a public Google review regardless of their internal rating score.

Provide an option in the flow settings to disable rating filtering entirely for agencies/businesses that want to stay 100% compliant with FTC and Google policies.
