Connect your own WhatsApp number with a QR code
You can now connect your own WhatsApp number by scanning a QR code, without Meta business verification or message templates. Customers get their card by sending a prepared message from the install form, and their chats appear in the inbox. Mass mailings through this channel are not available yet, and WhatsApp may block numbers that send too much, so use it for everyday conversations and card delivery.

Improvements
⚠️
Customer import tells you which balances it couldn't read
If some balances in your import file aren't plain numbers, the import now tells you how many customers were imported without a balance so you can correct them manually. The import window also explains that the Balance column should contain plain numbers, e.g. 14830 rather than 14,830.

Bug Fixes
🔢
Excel customer import keeps the full balance
Importing customers from Excel no longer cuts balances such as 14,830 down to 14 when the column uses accounting or thousands-separator formatting. Balances from earlier imports are not corrected automatically, so if you imported a formatted balance column before, please check those customers and fix their balances manually.
🔑
Card recovery no longer rejects correct details
Customers restoring their card on a new phone were sometimes told their details didn't match even when they entered them correctly, for example because of capital letters in an email address. Recovery now accepts their details regardless of letter case and no longer fails when the phone number matches.
