- We have added the option for agencies to select a separate mailbox for their sub-accounts in the Mailgun settings. If an agency connects Mailgun and specifies a mailbox in the “Select an account for sub-accounts” field, its sub-accounts will receive a monthly limit of 100,000 which they can use for mailings to their customers. This means that sub-accounts do not need to connect their own Mailgun accounts and can use the agency's limits instead. The ability to connect your Mailgun account as a sub-account remains unchanged.
