Fixed uploaded stamp icons being wiped after upload, leaving empty circles on the card. If your stamp icons were affected, please upload them again — the original files could not be recovered, but new uploads are now safe.

Fixed the Install Card button reloading your own website instead of opening the card install form. This affected stores that had been reconnected under a new domain.

Fixed the Monthly option not being offered when upgrading to the Agency plan — only Quarterly and Yearly were shown.
