Workflow Builder: Time Window for SMS, Email & Push
You can now configure a daily time window (for example, 10:00–20:00 in your company's timezone) on each
SendSms
, SendEmail
, and SendPush
action in the Workflow Builder. If a trigger fires outside the window, the notification is automatically rescheduled to the next window opening (e.g. the following morning at 10:00) — so customers are never disturbed at night by automated messages. If the trigger fires inside the window, the action runs immediately as before.📧
Transactional Emails: Default OFF for Agency Sub-accounts
Agencies on white-label products now create new sub-accounts with transactional customer emails
disabled by default
. End customers are not emailed. Existing sub-accounts are not affected.
