Currently, push notifications always open the card inside the app. We’d like to propose an enhancement that allows attaching a custom link to a notification.
Why this matters
Gives businesses more flexibility in directing customers to specific content.
Could be used to drive traffic to promotions, booking pages, menus, or external campaigns.
Improves overall engagement by connecting notifications directly with tailored destinations.
Proposed behavior
When creating a push notification, add an optional field to include a custom URL.
If filled, tapping the notification would open the provided link.
If left empty, the default behavior remains (opening the card).
This would provide the best of both worlds:
✅ Backward compatibility with existing flows.
✅ Extra power for businesses that want more control over the customer journey.
